-There is a two-night minimum in motel units and a three-night minimum for some holidays and special events. 

-For cottages and suites there is also a two-night minimum in the fall and spring and then a weekly minimum the 10 weeks of summer.

​ -A deposit equal to one night's stay is required for all nightly stays. A $500.00 deposit is required for all weekly stays. ​

-Parking for ONE vehicle per unit is provided. Additional vehicles will be subject to parking fees.

-Sorry but we do not allow fire pits, pets, campfires, fireworks or canopy/pop-up tents.

-Minimum check-in age is 21 years of age, a valid ID must be presented at check-in. 

-Our property is for the exclusive use of our REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.  We do not permit visitors, day or evening, in excess of the headcount allotted for your rental unit type.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations are subject to a cancellation fee per unit. Rain or shine, we cannot allow refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

For nightly reservations, if they are cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival date: $50 fee. If they are cancelled 14 days or less to arrival date, or no show, there is no refund. 

For weekly reservations, if they are cancelled prior to February 1st: $100 fee. On or after February 1st, there is no refund.
